I am proud to be a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator in the State of Washington; a separate license from my real estate sales license. This makes me a rare double-agent, of sorts. As part of my value to my clients, I can evaluate financial fitness and provide competitive loans for certain buyers. I do not force my clients to use me for their loan. I do have a list of preferred lenders that I also recommend, and I encourage my clients to shop around and compare.  However, depending on your situation, I may be able to offer a better deal for a loan, and a simplified buying process overall. As your agent and lender, I can be your sole point of contact for every facet of your transaction.
