I have lived in the Puget Sound region my whole life. I grew up in Snohomish, went to college in Olympia, and have been living and working in Seattle since 2008. Currently, I live in the Georgetown neighborhood, but I have also lived in Ballard and Maple Leaf. Being in this area has given me intimate knowledge of the geography, markets and people of the pacific northwest.

In my spare time, I like to be as active as possible. I play in two Seattle bands that both play in live venues around town. I run long distances and explore on foot. I’ve even started getting into Geocaching. Hiking and backpacking in Western Washington are among my favorite activities, especially in Summer. The views, wildlife, and scenery are awesome! I am an Eagle Scout, so I’ve grown up on the Washington trails. In the Summer you can expect me to organize a handful of baseball games with friends, neighbors, and clients.

Every real estate agent considers themselves to be the best. I’m no different. I’m extremely familiar with the bones of the real estate industry. I grew up in a family of investors and worked my way through several jobs within the family business before setting out on my own as a licensed agent. I’ve worked my way up from a painter, to project manager, to contractor, to property manager and handy-man, and finally up to Real Estate Agent for Re/Max On The Lake. I make most of my own marketing content and have even helped other agents with theirs. Everything on this site was a result of my own research, and is presented in my own voice. There is no copying and pasting here. I analyze property on a case-by-case basis, rather than churning all of my clients through a one-size-fits-most formula. The goal is to give my clients superior service, superior outcomes, and educate them along the way. Of course, it’s a bonus if I get to learn something too!

I am happy to be a real estate agent. I enjoy my work to the point where it doesn’t feel like work. I solve puzzles and invite the challenges that I face each day on behalf of my clients. If you want somebody like that to work for you, please don’t hesitate to call me.
